Salesforce Financial System and cloud Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Experience Cloud & Financial Services Cloud Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise Salesforce solutions for a banking/financial services client. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Experience Cloud, Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce best practices. The candidate should be capable of building scalable, secure, and high-performing applications while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Strong experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
• Expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong development experience with:
  • Apex Classes, Apex Triggers
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Aura Components
  • SOQL/SOSL
  • Visualforce
• Experience developing Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Approval Processes.
• Experience with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards) is highly preferred.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and MuleSoft.
• Strong understanding of Financial Services Cloud data model including:
  • Households
  • Financial Accounts
  • Person Accounts
  • Client Relationship Groups
• Experience implementing Salesforce security:
  • Profiles
  • Roles
  • Permission Sets
  • Sharing Rules
  • Field-Level Security
• Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, Copado, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or other CI/CD tools.
• Experience with Data Loader, data migration, ETL, and large data volumes.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Build and customize Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, Apex triggers, and Flows.
• Develop customer and partner portals using Experience Cloud.
• Configure and customize Financial Services Cloud features to support banking business processes.
• Develop integrations with internal and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
• Implement secure Salesforce solutions following enterprise security standards.
• Build reusable components and optimize application performance.
• Support CI/CD deployments using Salesforce DX and DevOps tools.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and production support.
• Work closely with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and deliver timely resolutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification.
• Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant Certification.
• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accreditation/Certification.
• Salesforce Administrator or App Builder Certification.
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, or AI capabilities is a plus.

• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in McLean, VA.
