Job Description:
Seeking a Google Cloud Platform Platform Engineering Lead (VP) to design, build, and operate secure, scalable cloud platform capabilities on Google Cloud. The ideal candidate will lead platform engineering initiatives focused on automation, Terraform-based infrastructure, developer enablement, and security governance within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Google Cloud Platform platform engineering delivery, including Terraform modules, automation pipelines, and onboarding frameworks.
• Build secure, reusable cloud patterns and golden paths for application teams.
• Drive infrastructure automation, governance, compliance controls, and operational excellence.
• Manage platform reliability, incident response, SLOs/SLAs, and continuous improvements.
• Partner with application, security, and infrastructure teams to improve cloud adoption.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in Cloud/Platform/Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and Terraform.
• Strong Python scripting/automation experience.
• Experience leading platform engineering teams in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of cloud security, governance, CI/CD, and infrastructure best practices.
