Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced QE Engagement Lead to lead enterprise Quality Engineering initiatives across multiple applications and business domains. The ideal candidate will define quality strategies, drive automation adoption, manage QA teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure high-quality software delivery throughout the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Engineering strategy, planning, and execution.
• Manage onshore/offshore QA teams and stakeholder communications.
• Drive automation initiatives using Playwright, Selenium, and API automation.
• Define test strategies, quality metrics, and release governance.
• Collaborate with Development and DevOps teams to implement CI/CD quality gates.
• Ensure Agile delivery and continuous process improvement.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of QA/QE experience with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, and Python.
• Strong API Testing and SQL skills.
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Retail/E-commerce experience is preferred.
