Job Description
We are looking for a Technology Lead – AI Test Automation / Test Framework Engineer with strong experience in software development, test engineering, automation frameworks, and developer-led test infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and maintaining testing frameworks for Conversational AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain specialized testing frameworks for conversational, generative, and agentic AI applications.
  • Develop scalable automation frameworks, test harnesses, and reusable testing infrastructure.
  • Write maintainable, high-quality code using Java, TypeScript, and/or Python.
  • Build automated testing solutions for backend services, APIs, and full-stack applications.
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and improve engineering feedback loops.
  • Develop reusable testing patterns, test data strategies, and automation utilities.
  • Troubleshoot complex application and testing issues through effective debugging and root-cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and other technical teams to improve overall software quality.
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, test engineering, or quality engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience building test automation frameworks, testing infrastructure, harnesses, or developer tooling.
  • Experience with Conversational AI, Generative AI, and/or Agentic AI testing.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, TypeScript, and/or Python.
  • Strong understanding of software design, debugging, APIs, and maintainable coding practices.
  • Experience testing backend services, APIs, and full-stack applications.
  • Hands-on experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD workflows.
  • Experience with test data strategies and reusable testing patterns.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
