The Role

  • Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demonstrations for high-demand roofing solutions.
  • Utilize innovative software for precise measurements and conduct property inspections (ladder/attic accessible).
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet homeowner needs, focusing on a one-call-close sales process.
  • Collaborate with a team through daily strategy meetings to prepare for appointments.
  • Attend pre-confirmed appointments, with start times typically between 1 pm and 7:30 pm.

What You'll Need

  • No prior sales or construction experience required; comprehensive training is provided.
  • Midday, evening, and weekend availability is necessary for appointments.
  • A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance are essential for travel.
  • Ability to perform ladder or attic inspections to assess home exteriors.
