Recruitment Consultant

Smart Education is growing, and we re looking for a driven, down-to-earth SEND Recruitment Consultant to join our team located just outside of Birmingham.

If you re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves meeting people, and has a natural ability to build genuine, lasting relationships, we want to hear from you.

We take a lot of pride in our service to the schools and teaching staff we work with. A down to earth and honest team that are driven at pushing each other forwards and delivering the best service possible. You ll be connecting with schools, SEND settings, teachers, support staff and candidates every day, matching the right people with the right opportunities and making a real difference along the way.

What you ll be doing

• Building and developing strong relationships with schools and SEND settings
• Recruiting and interviewing high-quality education professionals
• Managing your own candidate and client relationships
• Matching candidates to the right roles and opportunities
• Developing new business and growing your network
• Working as part of a supportive, ambitious and driven team
• Making a genuine difference to schools, candidates and the children they support
