Business Systems Analyst - LIMS

Position: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Months

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support the migration of its European laboratory from a legacy Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to its internally developed LIMS platform. This role focuses on business analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and supporting enterprise software implementation initiatives within a regulated environment.

Required Skills:

• Strong Business Analysis experience, including requirements gathering and process documentation.
• Experience supporting LIMS implementations or similar laboratory software environments.
• Background in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or other regulated industries
• Experience with enterprise software implementations, migrations, or system replacement projects.
• Hands-on Agile experience, including user story creation, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Scrum ceremonies.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for backlog management, documentation, testing, and Agile delivery .
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with the Modern Requirements extension for Azure DevOps
• Process mapping, workflow documentation, and functional documentation experience.
• Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative Agile environments.
