When a pipe bursts or a storm hits, the property manager, adjuster, or contractor on the phone isn't going to research vendors. They're going to call someone they already know.

Your job is to be that someone, long before the call.

The Opportunity

All Dry Services of Connecticut is a growing, multi-location disaster restoration company, and we're looking for an outside salesperson to become a familiar presence across Fairfield County and bordering communities in New Haven County.

That means being out in the market: introducing yourself, showing up at the right events, and staying in front of the people who decide where restoration work goes. Over time, your name carries weight in this territory, and that reputation turns into referrals.

These are people who deal with property damage regularly. The ones who know you and trust you are the ones who call.

The Work Behind the Name

Visibility doesn't happen by accident. You'll be expected to build it:

●        Prospecting new referral partners and introducing yourself in person

●        Meeting decision-makers face-to-face, not just by email or phone

●        Running discovery conversations to learn how each partner handles losses

●        Attending local industry association and networking events

●        Following up consistently so people remember you

●        Logging activity and opportunities in CRM

●        Coordinating with operations when a referral becomes an active project

You'll have support behind you, including CRM, marketing, sales leadership, and an operations team. The outreach and follow-up are still yours to do.

Signs It's Working

●        A steady rhythm of in-person meetings each week

●        A current, organized pipeline in CRM

●        Progress toward the $95,000+ expected first-year OTE
