Finance Agent Orchestration Manager

About the Role

Join a venture capital and private equity finance team as its second finance hire, working directly with the Head of Finance. You will oversee fund accounting and investor reporting across multiple funds while leading the rollout of an AI-enabled fund administration platform and improving finance workflows.

What You'll Do

• Own fund accounting, limited partner reporting, and capital account statements across multiple funds.

• Lead implementation and calibration of an AI-enabled fund administration platform.

• Automate recurring finance workflows using tools and systems that make processes more efficient.

• Maintain accurate investment data, valuations, and portfolio company records.

• Support strategic projects with the Head of Finance, including work across the portfolio.

What We're Looking For

• Three to six years of experience in fund accounting, fund administration, fund operations, investment fund audit, or VC/PE finance, with direct fund exposure.

• Experience producing quarterly LP reporting and capital account statements, and fluency in capital calls, distributions, NAV, management fees, and fund financial statements.

• Demonstrated experience automating or rebuilding finance workflows.

• Working knowledge of Excel macros, Power Query, SQL, Python, Airtable, or AI tools, and an interest in applying automation to finance.

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• Interest in deep tech, science, or impact-oriented work.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $133,000 to $160,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site, five days per week in San Francisco, California.
