Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Front Desk Representative, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression for visitors, clients, and employees alike. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls, managing appointments, and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. 

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Manage and schedule appointments and meetings efficiently.
• Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access to the building.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
• Provide information and directions to visitors and clients as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a front desk representative, receptionist, or similar role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
• Ability to remain professional and courteous with a positive attitude at all times.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
