Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on AI Solutions Architect to design, develop, integrate, and deploy enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft Azure, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft Copilot Studio. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI application development, cloud infrastructure, enterprise integrations, and production deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise AI applications using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Build AI-powered applications, conversational agents, and automated business workflows.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using Azure AI Search and enterprise data sources.
• Develop backend services, Python applications, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Develop, configure, and deploy custom agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Integrate agents with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Dataverse, and enterprise applications.
• Configure custom connectors, actions, authentication, and secure data access.
• Deploy and manage AI applications using Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure AI Search, and Key Vault.
• Implement Microsoft Entra ID, Managed Identities, and Azure RBAC for authentication and access control.
• Build CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, and manage deployments using Git.
• Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems through REST APIs, databases, and Microsoft connectors.
• Troubleshoot application deployment, networking, permissions, and integration issues in production environments.
• Implement logging, monitoring, testing, and operational controls to ensure production readiness.
• Evaluate when to use Copilot Studio versus custom Azure-hosted AI solutions.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure, security, enterprise AI, and business teams to resolve technical dependencies.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development, cloud engineering, or solution architecture.
• Demonstrated experience developing and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Practical experience building and deploying agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search.
• Strong proficiency in Python, REST APIs, and backend application development.
• Experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Key Vault.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Managed Identities, and Azure RBAC.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, and cloud deployment processes.
• Experience integrating AI applications with enterprise systems and data sources.
• Ability to independently architect, implement, troubleshoot, and operationalize AI solutions in production.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Experience integrating solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, ERP systems, or ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, Snowflake, or other enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with Azure networking, private endpoints, and enterprise security configurations.
• Microsoft Azure or Power Platform certifications.
