Kitchen Leader - John Lewis, Stratford

We are looking for a dynamic, hardworking Kitchen Leader to join the team in John Lewis, Stratford (Westfield), to lead and support the kitchen team on a daily basis.

Hours: 30 hours per week (working any 5 days in a 7-day period)

Hourly rate: £15.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the kitchen and back-of-house team to success
• Place orders and managing stock effectively
• Working closely with the General Manager to support training and development within the team
• Ensuring all company procedures, food safety standards and policies and consistently followed
• Driving high standards of food quality, cleanliness and operational excellence

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Leader or Team Leader
• Excellent management skills
• Team player, leading from the front
• Great organisational skills
• Key attention to detail
• Passion for the Hospitality profession
