Job Description

A specialist role providing expert employment law advice across a wide range of employee relations matters, helping leaders manage risk, navigate complex casework and ensure compliance with employment legislation. Working closely with HR and senior stakeholders, you'll support policy development, organisational change programmes and the resolution of high-risk ER issues.

I'm currently supporting a well-established organisation in the search for an Employment Law Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity for an employment law professional to provide expert advice and guidance on a broad range of employee relations matters, supporting leaders to manage risk, ensure compliance and deliver best practice people solutions. Working closely with HR and senior stakeholders, you'll play a key role in handling complex casework, policy development and employment law-related projects.


Description

  • Provide expert employment law advice across a range of employee relations matters
  • Support complex disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and organisational change projects
  • Ensure policies and procedures remain compliant with current legislation
  • Coach and support managers on employment law best practice
  • Identify and mitigate employment-related risks across the organisation

Profile

  • You'll have a strong background in employment law, either as an Employment Law Specialist, Employee Relations Lead, HR Business Partner or Employment Solicitor.
  • You'll be confident managing complex cases, interpreting legislation and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
