The Role

• Manage all site activities to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective project completion to the required quality standards.
• Oversee and maintain comprehensive site records, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, liaising with client Subject Matter Experts to ensure project compliance.
• Support procurement processes by assisting in sub-contractor selection and providing performance feedback.
• Contribute to the development and nurturing of the site team, promoting an inclusive and diverse workplace.
• Support project delivery with an M&E bias, demonstrating knowledge in this area.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a successful project delivery track record.
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Excellent organisational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a secure environment; SC Clearance is preferable, or willingness to undergo clearance.
• Full UK driving licence and UK/British Passport holder.
• Experience in project management within the defence sector is advantageous.
