What You Will Own

• Design, develop, and deploy complex, scalable Intelligent Automation solutions using advanced UiPath capabilities, integrating with various APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Actively participate in the CI/CD pipeline, writing and executing automated unit and integration tests to ensure flawless deployments and mitigate production risks.
• Take the lead on diagnosing and resolving complex technical defects, optimising performance bottlenecks, and stabilising processes before handoff to support teams.
• Own the technical delivery from infrastructure to production, focusing on security, governance and performance optimisation.
• Lead end to end platform setup & administration, configuring, deploying and managing UiPath environments including the UiPath admin centre. Implement secure integration with enterprise systems, including Entra ID, MS graph, RBAC, etc.
• Design and implement automated deployment pipelines (CI/CD) integrating UiPath projects with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions using YML.
• Act as a technical guide for junior and mid level automation engineers within your pod. Assist the Tech Lead with peer code reviews to enforce coding standards and reusability.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and continuously improve consulting service offerings.

Must Have

• 5+ years of hands on experience in Intelligent Automation software engineering, with deep expertise in developing complex workflows in UiPath (UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework, Document Understanding).
• UiPath Advanced Developer Professional certification.
• Solid command of software engineering principles, including SQL databases, API integrations, and version control (Git).
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to reverse engineer legacy processes and design elegant, efficient modern architecture.
• Strong ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions clearly to both technical peers and project management.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to consulting environments or client facing roles.
• UiPath Automation Infrastructure Engineer Professional certification.
• Experience and/or certification in Microsoft Power Platform.
