Job Title: Commercial Property Accountant
Location: Corona Del Mer, CA (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Job Summary

We are seeking a Commercial Property Accountant with 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate accounting and hands-on proficiency with Yardi Voyager 7 or 8. The ideal candidate will manage full-cycle property accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, and tenant billing to ensure accurate financial records and reporting.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in commercial real estate accounting
Hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager 7 or 8 is required
Strong experience managing the full-cycle property accounting process, including:

Monthly financial statement preparation
Balance sheet reconciliations
Accruals and adjusting journal entries
Bank reconciliations

Good knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, lease abstracts, and tenant billing
Experience with budget variance analysis, cash management, capital calls, and financial forecasting
A degree in Accounting or Finance is required
CPA license is preferred
