Wisr is a proudly Australian fintech seeking a senior analytics leader to head the analytics and AI capability within Credit Risk, Data & Analytics. You will oversee a team of analysts, own the analytics platform, and drive model deployment, governance and production readiness.

In this hands-on leadership role you will mentor staff, shape sprint priorities, and champion AI and automation across risk workflows while delivering data products for decision support.
