The Role

• Operate CNC machines for the production of high-precision components for combustion engines and electric drives in large-scale series.
• Manufacture small and series parts, ensuring they meet optical and dimensional specifications within strict tolerances.
• Monitor production processes, analyze, and resolve minor issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Guarantee the quality of manufactured parts and document results in the quality assurance system.

What You'll Need

• A minimum of 2 years of training in metalworking, such as a skilled worker in metal technology or machining technology.
• Ideally, previous professional experience in metal or machining technology.
• A meticulous and reliable work approach.
• A strong team player mentality, comfortable working in a shift system.
