IT Support Analyst- Concur Support - Contract - Remote - $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Our client is seeking an IT Support Analyst- Concur Support for a Remote Opportunity.

Role Description

The primary purpose of this position will be to serve as a member of the Concur Support Desk team. The Concur Support Desk is the central campus resource for questions and assistance regarding the use of the Concur Request & Expense System. This position provides exceptional customer service and acts as an expert travel expense reconciliation resource at the University.

Ensure compliance with university travel & expense policies and regulations through education efforts and will provide expert guidance on travel expense-related topics;
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and support ticket submission; coordinate ad-hoc trainings or support via Zoom or Teams
Responsible for ensuring travel authorizations, travel advances, and travel expense reports, including computation of expenses are accurate, timely and efficiently processed
Assist campus users with preparation and review of expense reports for accuracy
Work with constituents to solve complex travel expense reconciliation issues; ensure compliance with university travel policies and regulations through education efforts.

Skills & Requirements

2 years of experience working with travel and expenses (using SAP Concur- must have familiarity with this)
Must have ability to manage Zoom and TEAMS meetings
Must have strong customer support skills
Must have a college degree
