The Role • Greet members and customers, assess their needs, and deliver exceptional service. • Provide DMV vehicle licensing, registration, and notary services. • Achieve sales and service goals for various products and services, with opportunities for incentives. • Prepare travel materials such as routings, maps, and tour books. • Process payments, provide accurate change and receipts, and balance cash drawers. • Make travel reservations and provide destination information. What You'll Need • Previous experience in retail sales, banking, or a similar customer service/sales role. • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed assigned sales or service quality targets. • Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications. • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid notary license as required. • High school diploma or GED. • Availability to work Monday through Friday during office hours and Saturdays as needed.
