Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Quality / Test Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and integrity of enterprise Data & AI solutions. This role will be responsible for validating data pipelines, analytics platforms, and machine learning models through comprehensive testing frameworks and quality assurance practices. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data testing, ETL validation, automation, and quality governance, with the ability to ensure that data-driven solutions meet business and technical standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define and execute test strategies for data pipelines and ML models
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks
• Validate ML model outputs and performance metrics
• Automate testing frameworks for data and analytics systems
• Conduct performance, scalability, and regression testing
• Ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5-8 years QA/Data Testing experience
• Experience in data validation, ETL testing, and SQL
• Knowledge of ML model testing is a plus
• Familiarity with automation tools and CI/CD
