Role Overview:
This is a permanent position tailored for a candidate with expertise in real estate underwriting. The successful candidate will work as part of a team to evaluate and process underwriting cases, supporting the organisation’s risk management and growth objectives.


Key Skills & Experience:
• Experience in real estate underwriting
• Knowledge of GIUW COB Real Estate (or similar)
• Strong analytical and assessment skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment


Key Responsibilities:
• Support underwriting activities related to real estate projects
• Evaluate risk factors and prepare assessments
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate underwriting processes
• Perform on-site activities and attend site visits as required
• Maintain detailed records and documentation


Requirements:
