ServiceNow Developer (FSP) with Security Clearance

About the role Insight Xcite is recruiting ServiceNow Developers for current and upcoming mission-focused opportunities. Build applications and workflows that make complex services easier to use and support. Opportunities may involve application development, platform engineering, business-process automation, or enterprise integrations. Specific tools, seniority, education, certifications, and experience requirements depend on the assignment. We will review those requirements, the work location, and the schedule with candidates during the matching process. • Translate customer needs into ServiceNow applications, workflows, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Build or improve catalog items, forms, portals, business rules, scripts, notifications, and access controls.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and improve the quality and usefulness of platform data.
• Test changes, diagnose defects, and support controlled releases and ongoing platform operation.
• Work with stakeholders to clarify processes, document requirements, and demonstrate working solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and support secure development and configuration practices. Core qualifications
• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development or configuration experience, or relevant software/low-code development experience that can be applied to ServiceNow.
• Ability to translate business processes into application logic and workable technical requirements.
• Experience developing, testing, and troubleshooting applications, workflows, or integrations.
• Ability to collaborate with users and technical teams and document solutions clearly. Some assignments require substantial hands-on ServiceNow experience or advanced platform expertise; others may consider transferable development experience. Examples of work
• Application and workflow development: JavaScript, Flow Designer, catalog items, record producers, portals, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs.
• Enterprise integrations and data: IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP services, CMDB, discovery, asset and change management, and configuration-item data quality.
• Service management and business platforms: ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HR, CSM, or other modules relevant to the assignment.
• Platform engineering and security: release practices, system integrity, access controls, and configuration data supporting security initiatives such as Zero Trust. Clearance Requirement Due to the nature of our work, Insight Xcite does not sponsor or process security clearances at this time. Applicants must currently possess an active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph (FSP) to be considered for employment. Please do not apply if you do not currently hold this level of clearance. Work Location Requirement All Insight Xcite positions are onsite. We do not offer remote or hybrid opportunities. Applicants must be willing and able to work in person at the designated customer location. Compensation Compensation within the advertised range is based on relevant experience, demonstrated technical skills, and the requirements of the specific assignment. The upper end is reserved for candidates who meet the most advanced requirements. Benefits That Support You
