Outside Sales Representative - Residential Plumbing & HVAC Services

Will Fix It Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Electrical is seeking an Outside Sales professional to drive residential service sales across San Antonio. You'll visit homeowners, assess plumbing, HVAC, and electrical needs, and present clear, honest solutions. Responsibilities include generating leads, following up on company-provided appointments, building long-term customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. You'll partner closely with technicians, maintain accurate records, and represent our customer-first, safety-focused culture with professionalism and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Generate new residential customers through field prospecting and networking
• Conduct in-home consultations to assess plumbing, HVAC, and electrical needs
• Present clear, transparent service and installation options to homeowners
• Follow up on company-provided leads and appointments to maximize close rates
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with technicians to schedule and scope work accurately
• Maintain organized records in CRM and provide accurate estimates
• Represent Will Fix It with professionalism, safety focus, and customer-first service
