Shipping Coordinator

The Shipping Coordinator manages outbound shipping operations, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, shipped on time, and properly documented in SAP. This role bridges production, customer service, warehousing, transportation, and finance to maintain inventory accuracy and shipment visibility.

The coordinator handles everything from scheduling carriers and preparing export/carrier documentation to resolving SAP errors and delivery blocks, giving customers and internal teams a reliable point of contact for shipment status. Success in this role directly supports on-time delivery, shipping accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction, while also identifying opportunities to improve shipping efficiency and reduce transportation costs.

• 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain operations preferred
• SAP ERP experience; manufacturing or distribution experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge of SAP SD, MM, and Logistics Execution desirable
• Knowledge of delivery processing, goods issue transactions, inventory management, invoicing, billing, freight forwarding, carrier operations, Incoterms, and domestic/international shipping requirements preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams expected
• Must complete required training and qualification requirements as defined by the functional manager
