• *The Role**
• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services directly to customers at their location.
• Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostic checks, and general repairs on a range of light vehicles.
• Manage your own stock, complete necessary reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication throughout service calls.
• Operate with a high degree of independence, making informed decisions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent the organisation with professionalism and a customer-focused attitude.

• *What You'll Need**
• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with various light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
