The Role

• Ensure the smooth operation of technical building equipment, focusing on heating, sanitary, and air conditioning systems.
• Conduct regular maintenance and repairs to optimize building performance.
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate and manage external contractors and subcontractors as needed.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician, Refrigeration Mechatronics Technician, Central Heating and Ventilation Installer, or Gas and Water Installer.
• New graduates and career changers with a strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent customer service, dedication, teamwork, and reliability.
• German language proficiency (B2 level) and a valid driver's license (Class B).
