Baufinanzierungsberater / Mortgage Advisor (m/f/d) | Berlin, Germany | Hybrid
We're hiring for a leading financial services provider with over 35 years of experience in personalized, independent, and partnership-driven mortgage financing. The Role
• Focus on client consultation, leveraging a strong brand and established network in the real estate sector.
• Receive qualified financing inquiries through a referral-based business from long-term partners like real estate agents, developers, and project managers.
• Benefit from local key account management, experienced sales support, and digital tools to streamline processes.
• Operate with autonomy and flexibility, deciding how and where you work.
• Receive structured onboarding, coaching, and personal sparring to ensure a confident start to your independent career.
What You'll Need
• Proven experience in mortgage financing, either from a bank, building society sales, or with relevant certifications (e.g., § 34i GewO in Germany).
• A desire to work entrepreneurally and collaboratively, rather than in a routine role.
• Excellent advisory skills, focusing on clarity, reliability, and building trust.
• Formal education or degree in banking, insurance, or real estate, or a comparable qualification.
