Job Description:

CRM Business Change / Readiness Project Manager - Outside IR35

Contract: 6 Months (Initial) | Location: Hybrid | Start: ASAP

We are seeking a Business-Side Project Manager / Change Lead with deep CRM implementation expertise for an initial 6-month contract.

With technical delivery leadership already in place, this role focuses entirely on business readiness, operating model design, and adoption. You will guide an organization with no prior CRM footprint from the SLT down to operational teams.

What You'll Do:

• Shape the Operating Model: Work with business leaders to define the Target Operating Model (TOM) and map key deliverables.
• Drive Business Readiness: Prepare teams for transition, define impact assessments, and establish adoption plans.
• Lead Stakeholder Alignment: Engage and advise stakeholders from the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) down to frontline users.
• Act as the CRM Authority: Serve as the trusted functional CRM SME, guiding non-technical business units on best practices and value realization.

What You'll Bring:

• Demonstrable track record delivering business-side change / readiness for enterprise CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, etc.).
• Proven experience defining Target Operating Models (TOM) and commercial business processes.
• Strong executive engagement skillsconfident influencing SLT and guiding teams through transformation.
• Ability to operate autonomously and establish structure within an evolving programme environment.
