Job Summary:
In this role, you will support the development and maintenance of project schedules while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify risks, monitor performance, and provide data-driven insights. You will contribute to schedule analysis and reporting to support informed project decision-making and successful project execution.
Major Responsibilities:
- Support development and maintenance of detailed project schedules in Primavera P6 (or equivalent), including scope, logic, activity sequencing, and durations.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to define and maintain schedule inputs and alignment.
- Support integration of subcontractor and vendor schedules into the overall project schedule.
- Monitor schedule performance, progress, and productivity against baseline plans.
- Assist with identification of critical path activities, schedule variances, and potential delays.
- Perform schedule impact analysis and support development of mitigation or recovery plans.
- Support preparation and update of short-term lookahead schedules (e.g., 3-week or rolling lookahead).
- Assist with preparation of weekly and monthly schedule reports and progress updates.
- Validate schedule data, logic integrity, and compliance with project controls procedures and standards.
- Participate in schedule review meetings and communicate schedule status, risks, and issues.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Requires bachelor''s degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
- Industry experience, including Data Center, Semi-Conductor Fab, and Technology, preferred.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience supporting planning and scheduling functions, including schedule development, monitoring, and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems using data-driven approaches.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office applications.
- Working knowledge of engineering, procurement, construction, and startup processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to changing project needs.
