Brand Marketing Lead

We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Brand Marketing Lead to join a growing business and take the lead on developing and delivering marketing activity across a varied portfolio of products and brands.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with practical delivery, working across campaigns, partnerships, events, communications and brand development.

Description of the role:

You'll be responsible for planning and delivering marketing activity that strengthens brand presence, supports commercial objectives and drives customer engagement.

  • Developing and delivering product launches, marketing campaigns and promotional activity
  • Managing trade marketing activity and supporting external communications
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with media contacts, partners, suppliers and other stakeholders
  • Planning and coordinating exhibitions, events and other industry activity
  • Identifying new opportunities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and sales
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to bring campaigns and projects to life
  • Monitoring campaign performance, analysing results and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring activity is delivered on time and to a high standard

About you:

  • Proven experience in a marketing role, with a strong track record of developing and growing brands
  • Excellent communication, presentation and briefing skills
  • A good understanding of commercial marketing and customer engagement
  • Strong creative thinking combined with a practical, results-focused approach
  • Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude and the drive to turn ideas into effective marketing activity The ability to develop and execute a multi-channel sales strategy.
  • Strong communication, influencing, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organisation and project management capability.
