Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Senior IT Service Delivery Analyst with strong knowledge of Dealer Ordering, SAP, and Order Management processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and experience working with global IT teams, managing service delivery, and supporting enterprise applications.

Required Skills & Responsibilities

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, IT Business Analyst, or IT Service Delivery Analyst.

• Must have strong experience in Dealer Ordering and SAP.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP SD.

• Strong knowledge of Order Management, Sales Order Management, and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.

• Experience with Salesforce and enterprise order management systems.

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.

• Experience managing IT service delivery and day-to-day IT operations.

• Define, monitor, and manage KPIs and service performance metrics.

• Coordinate with global IT teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.

• Support engineering applications used by design engineers.

• Manage internal and external customer relationships on behalf of CAT IT.

• Perform problem analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and issue resolution.

• Ensure service quality, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
