The Role

• Drive new business growth in an assigned territory through prospecting and lead qualification.
• Conduct on-site assessments and deliver compelling presentations for service programs.
• Develop and close multi-year service agreements with business clients.
• Maintain accurate client information and track sales activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales performance targets.

What You'll Need

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in service-related industries.
• A proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage the full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• A self-motivated and goal-oriented approach.
• Openness to coaching and professional development.
• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle.
