The Role

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of accident-free operations.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate quality expectations into the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Conduct Gemba walks and quality inspections to review work in progress and completed tasks.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of QA tools and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and coach team members on quality awareness and best practices.
• Manage nonconformance reports, conduct verification audits, and support root cause analysis.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of field experience in installing and testing fiber optics and structured cabling.
• Experience in data center cabling and infrastructure deployment.
• Ability to implement and monitor a Quality Management System.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in computer use, including Microsoft Office Suite.
