Job Description

As a member of the Investment Specialist Group (ISG), you will contribute to Tikehau Capital's fundraising efforts across its award-winning investment platforms, including Capital Markets Strategies, Private Debt, Real Assets, Tactical Strategies, and Private Equity. This position is primarily focused on supporting the Private Equity platform.

As an Intern, you will work closely with an Investment Specialist on fund-related projects within a specific asset class, providing an excellent opportunity to accelerate your professional development while gaining exposure to fundraising, investor relations, and product strategy. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple business areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, draft, and manage responses to investor requests, including Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), relating to the firm and its investment products for both existing and prospective clients.
  • Support the preparation and production of marketing and fundraising materials for new and existing funds, including teasers, pitch decks, private placement memoranda (PPMs), and standard due diligence documentation.
  • Maintain, update, and enhance marketing materials throughout the fundraising lifecycle to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
  • Assist in the analysis of fund and portfolio data used for marketing purposes and quantitative DDQ responses.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects requiring a firm-wide perspective, including ESG-related initiatives and other strategic topics.
These responsibilities will involve extensive collaboration with teams across the firm, including Investment, Distribution, Fund Operations, Risk, ESG, Legal, and Compliance. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to the asset management industry and develop a deep understanding of the fundraising and investment processes within a leading alternative asset manager.


Profile:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline from a leading university or business school.
  • Previous experience within a financial institution, asset manager, investment firm, or consulting environment.
  • Prior exposure to investor servicing, DDQs, RFPs, fundraising, or a similar function is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, intellectually curious, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in financial markets and alternative investments.
  • Analytical and structured thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and quality of work.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is required.
