Mobile Fabric Engineer - Commercial Portfolio - Kent - up to £34,000 per annum + Travel time & Package
CBW is currently recruiting for an established Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work across a commercial contract in the Kent area (Dartford, UK ? Gravesend, UK ? Kent, UK ? Maidstone, UK ? Rochester, UK ? Sidcup, UK ? Swanley) for a leading FM Service Provider In return, the company is offering a competitive salary, further training, and career progression.
Hours of work & Package

• Basic Salary of £34,000
• Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm - 40 hour week
• Paid travel time up to £4,000 per annum
• Call out 1 in 6
• Lots of overtime

Key Responsibilities

• Emergency lighting tests & Fire alarm tests
• Painting & Decorating
• Basic lighting
• Basic Carpentry and plumbing
• Fixing Furniture
• Hanging Pictures & Shelves
• Maintain and update Log books
• Assist the maintenance team on site
• Escort sub-contractors
• To undertake basic “Fabric duties” which would include touching up paintwork, tightening hinges, install/repair blinds, changing locks , making minor repairs to cabinets, desks, and putting together small equipment like chairs etc.

Requirements

• Level 1 or 2 in any plumbing or fabric trade
• Be able to obtain a PTS (Personal Track Safety) sentinel card
• Sound level of administration and organisational skills
• General Building Maintenance
• Multi-Skilled
• Work overtime when required
