The Role • Take on initial lead physician responsibilities for the psychosomatic adolescent unit, with the potential for full leadership in the future. • Progressively oversee clinical processes and the comprehensive psychotherapeutic treatment of young patients. • Represent the chief physician in a lead consultant capacity and contribute significantly to the unit's development. • Conduct supervisions for child and adolescent psychotherapists in training, fostering their professional growth. • Manage patient admissions, family consultations, and interdisciplinary sessions to ensure high-quality care. What You'll Need • Completed specialist training or currently in the 4th year of residency in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, with advanced or completed therapy training. • Enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration within a multidisciplinary team including physicians, psychologists, nurses, educators, and therapists. • A strong commitment to providing excellent patient care. • Willingness to participate in on-call duties from home.
