The Role

• Undertake a comprehensive 3-year vocational training program to become a certified hotel specialist.
• Gain hands-on experience across all key hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage service, basic kitchen preparation, reservations, sales, and administration.
• Learn to provide exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure, including breakfast service and bar operations.
• Assist with guest inquiries, room reservations, and group booking arrangements.
• Master the standards of cleanliness and guest comfort in rooms and public areas.

What You'll Need

• Successful completion of secondary school education.
• Genuine passion for welcoming and assisting international guests.
• A flexible and adaptable attitude, eager to learn new skills.
• Good communication skills in both German and English.
• Ideally, some prior experience in hospitality or gastronomy, such as through internships.
