The Role • Act in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. • Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers. • Assist with stocking merchandise, maintaining store displays, and implementing plan-o-grams. • Operate the cash register, process customer transactions, and handle cash. • Support store opening and/or closing procedures as directed. • Ensure a clean, well-organized, and safe shopping and working environment. What You'll Need • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and understand percentages. • Knowledge of cash handling procedures, cashier accountability, and deposit control. • Proficiency in operating a cash register. • An understanding of safety policies and practices. • Effective interpersonal and communication skills. • A high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred supervisory or related experience.
