We are looking for an experienced Order to Cash Delivery Manager to lead finance operations within a large-scale global services environment. The role will take ownership of day-to-day O2C service delivery, ensuring operational performance, financial accuracy, strong controls and achievement of agreed SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across Order to Cash, with particular focus on Credit Management and Cash Applications
• Manage operational performance, SLA achievement, reporting and issue resolution
• Oversee financial controls, reconciliations and accuracy of transactional activity
• Analyse operational data and identify opportunities to improve performance, revenue or cost
• Manage customer expectations, escalations and finance-related project activity
• Work across finance, operations and wider stakeholder groups to resolve process issues
• Drive continuous improvement across finance operations and service delivery

Experience Required

• Extensive experience within Order to Cash/finance operations
• Strong expertise in Credit Management and Cash Applications
• Experience managing finance operations within a large, complex or shared-services environment
• Strong understanding of financial controls and governance
• Experience managing SLAs, operational reporting and service performance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Comfortable working across large Matrix organisations and senior stakeholder groups
• Advanced Excel skills and strong presentation/reporting capability
