Position Summary

The Enterprise Technology Operations Intern will support enterprise infrastructure, endpoint management, cloud services, identity management, and operational technology initiatives across Crest.

Unlike traditional help desk internships, this role provides exposure to enterprise-scale technology operations, systems administration, cloud platforms, networking, endpoint management, and infrastructure modernization initiatives supporting a multi-company manufacturing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with endpoint deployment and lifecycle management
  • Support Active Directory and identity administration activities
  • Participate in infrastructure projects and system upgrades
  • Assist with cloud administration and migration efforts
  • Support endpoint security and compliance initiatives
  • Develop operational dashboards and reporting
  • Assist with asset management and configuration management
  • Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities
  • Support automation initiatives using PowerShell and Power Platform
  • Document technical procedures and operational standards
