Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and project managers.
Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills
2 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
Hands-on experience with SQL, JIRA, and Confluence.
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in Banking, Healthcare, Retail, Insurance, FinTech, or E-commerce domains is an advantage.
Certifications such as ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, or PMI-PBA are a plus.
