SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

Pay-range : $35/hr.-$40/hr.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements.


• Analyze and improve Consumer Products workflows and processes. Partner closely with business stakeholders across licensing operations.


• Support rights, royalty, and licensing management initiatives.


• Create process documentation and functional requirements.


• Collaborate with technical teams throughout implementation.


• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and business analysis.

Must Haves:

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience.


• Experience supporting Consumer Products organizations.


• Strong understanding of licensing management.


• Experience with rights management and royalty management.


• Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management experience.
