Job Description

Haustechniker / Anlagenmechaniker (m/w/d) | Scharbeutz, Germany | On-site

We're hiring on behalf of a leading healthcare provider located directly on the Baltic Sea coast, renowned for its comprehensive medical care in the region. This esteemed facility serves as a major hospital with specializations in orthopedics, trauma surgery, neurology, and internal medicine, treating a significant number of patients annually. As an academic teaching hospital, it plays a vital role in medical education and research.

The Role

  • Conduct routine maintenance and repair of plumbing, heating, and climate control systems, adhering to all relevant regulations.
  • Ensure accurate and legally compliant documentation of all services performed and assist with maintaining facility documentation in the CAFM system.
  • Collaborate effectively within the building services team across all maintenance areas.
  • Provide expert support for construction and maintenance projects undertaken by other departments and external contractors.
  • Participate in the on-call duty roster to provide essential support when needed.

What You'll Need

  • Completed vocational training as a Sanitärt, Heizungs- und Klimatechniker, Zentralheizungs- und Lüftungsbauer, or Gas- und Wasserinstallateur.
  • Knowledge of relevant technical regulations and strong IT skills; experience with CAFM systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and implement reliable solutions.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm, teamwork, and a service-oriented approach to work, with a willingness for further training.
  • Several years of professional experience and a Class B driver's license.
