Are you a visionary clinical leader passionate about redefining the standard of care in brain injury rehabilitation?
Then join our team as the Clinical Director for client services.
In this role you will champion the integrity of our program across the entire continuum of care from inpatient rehabilitation to our semi-independent program. Collaborating directly with the Administrative staff. Affairs; you will drive clinical innovation, mentor a multidisciplinary team, and act as our leading community spokesperson and clinical ambassador for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence & Program Integrity
- Interdisciplinary Leadership: Represent the TBI Program at interdisciplinary team meetings (including nursing, rehab, physiatrists, case managers, guardians and families) to report on neuropsychological status and coordinate holistic care.
- Policy & Education: Review, approve, and implement cutting-edge patient care policies. Partner with the Nursing Director to develop comprehensive brain injury training for management and ancillary staff.
- Develop individual client behavior plans as needed.
- Implement and educate staff on behavior plans to ensure they are properly carried out.
Operations & Strategic Growth
- Operational Oversight: Assist in daily operations for rehabilitative services, including optimizing utilization, and spearheading behavioral health program growth.
- Executive Collaboration: Meet regularly with the Administration on client/behavioral issues.
People Leadership & Mentorship
- Provide behavioral and programmatic directions to a dedicated direct care team.
- Medical Mentorship: Serve as a trusted educator and mentor to managers and direct care staff regarding behavioral health.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Master's Degree in Psychology.
- Five years of direct experience (in respective discipline) with brain injured patients.
- State licensure as a licensed psychologist.
