Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Business Systems Analyst to support AI and digital transformation initiatives across the organization. This role will bridge business needs and technology solutions by analyzing processes, identifying opportunities for AI and automation, supporting systems integration and SDLC activities, and helping business users adopt emerging AI technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, process improvement, AI adoption, automation, systems integration, and data analytics.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in business analysis, technology, consulting, project management, digital transformation, process improvement, automation, or a related discipline.

• Direct, demonstrable experience supporting AI, generative AI, RPA, automation, or enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

• Practical knowledge of generative AI concepts and tools, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, AI agents, or agentic workflows.

• Experience gathering business requirements and translating stakeholder needs into use cases, workflows, user stories, functional requirements, process documentation, and implementation plans.

• Hands-on experience evaluating manual business processes and recommending AI, RPA, workflow automation, or other technology-enabled improvements.

• Experience with RPA or automation platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or equivalent technologies.

• Working knowledge of enterprise systems, CRM platforms, and cross-platform integrations, preferably including Salesforce.

• Experience supporting SDLC activities, including requirements gathering, testing, UAT, defect tracking, deployment readiness, and post-launch optimization.

• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel, and SQL.

• Familiarity with project management and documentation platforms such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
