The Role

• Ensure a well-maintained store and deliver an excellent shopping experience for customers.
• Actively participate in stocking shelves, product presentation, baking, and utilizing modern POS systems.
• Support and promote the Scan&Go system, ensuring its functionality and assisting customers.
• Assist store management with tasks including shift leadership, task coordination, and implementing store concepts.
• Undertake general store duties such as inventory management, cleaning, and stock organization.

What You'll Need

• Previous retail or customer service experience, with some leadership experience (e.g., shift lead) being advantageous.
• A team-oriented mindset with a high sense of responsibility and the ability to motivate others.
• Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and adapt to evolving tasks.
