Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Buildings – Central London + South London –£45,000 to £47,000 + Package
CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance on a commercial contract across Central London and South London.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of facilities maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This engineer will be working across a nice local patch of Central London and some sites in South London. This position would be ideal for an Electrical Mobile Engineer currently in a similar position. In return, the company are offering a salary of up to £47,000 with a potential route into further career progression.
Package & working hours

• A basic salary of up to £47,000
• Monday- Friday 08:00-17:00
• Call out 1 in 10 - £100 standby allowance

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.
• Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.
• Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.
• Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.
• Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client.
• Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.

Requirements

• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3
• City & Guilds - 18th Edition
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing
• Previous experience of performing a Building Services Engineer role
• Must be able to work unsupervised to a high quality
