Job Description/Expectations:

As a Technical Project Manager (TPM), candidate will support in establishing, implementing, and managing scalable software development processes across multiple projects.  This includes driving refinement sessions, sprint planning calls, and cutover planning. They''ll work closely with engineering teams, QE, and cross-functional stakeholders to not only gather requirements but also help deliver functionality to production.

• Define and implement SDLC processes across multiple tracks.
• Partner with engineering leads, program managers, and other stakeholders to align on goals, milestones, and deliverables.
• Establish frameworks and processes for project tracking, risk management, and communication to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Drive project execution by setting priorities, tracking progress, and identifying and removing blockers.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Own and report on key project metrics and outcomes.
