Senior OTC Business Collections Consultant

We are seeking an experienced **Senior Order-to-Cash (OTC) Business Collections Consultant** with deep expertise in **Accounts Receivable (AR), Credit & Collections, Cash Application, Dispute Management, and Collection Automation**. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of OTC processes and hands-on implementation experience with collection platforms such as **HighRadius**, **Sidetrade**, or similar Accounts Receivable automation solutions.

The consultant will work closely with Finance, Accounting, Business Operations, and IT teams to optimize the end-to-end collections lifecycle, improve cash flow, reduce DSO, automate collection activities, and enhance customer payment experiences.

* Analyze and optimize end-to-end OTC business processes.
